Anyi started learning the piano when she was 3 years old. She studied in the Royal Schools of Music accreditation program for 12 years in Singapore. When she was 15 years old, she met a talented friend and worship leader who taught her how to improvise and play by ear. Ever since then, she has been involved in church music. She had served under Christian songwriter Walt Harrah, and also played for the beloved Pastor Chuck Smith at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. Today, Anyi is a member of The Cornerstone Church and serves in the worship team. She lives in Yorba Linda with her husband and two daughters, ages 14 and 10.
